Vivek Anand

Vivek Anand is a development professional with 15 years of experience in rural development, specialising in social protection, rural livelihoods, rights-based programmes, and strengthening rural institutions. Trained in social work, he has worked across grassroots, state, and national levels with both government and non-government organisations. Since 2021, he has been associated with GIZ, where he currently contributes to initiatives on adaptive social protection, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, resilient public infrastructure, agroecology, and food system transformation.

Shruti holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. She was awarded the gold medal for securing the top position in her department. She is currently working as a Project Associate with the Eklavya Foundation under the Schools 2030 project. With over seven years of experience in the development sector, her work has been primarily focused on adolescent health, education, and livelihood. Her work experience has enabled her to build a strong foundation in ptogram implementation, training, and community engagement.

Pallav Kumar Sinha has completed his Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from IGNOU and currently works as a Senior Development Organizer with the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme–India under the Aruna Project. He has over seven years of experience in the social sector, with a focus on livelihoods, agriculture, and education.

Ms. Saumya is a Counselling Psychologist known for her compassionate presence and her heartfelt commitment to creating spaces that nurture healing and personal growth. Her Approach is grounded in the belief that every individual holds within them the capacity for change, resilience, and self-understanding. Rather than positioning herself as an expert who offers quick solutions, Ms. Saumya engages with clients as a fellow human being gently acknowledging their lived experiences, challenges, and strengths.

Nisha is the Programme Manager at Sarita-Mahesh Foundation. She holds her PhD in Labour Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has over twelve years of research experience. She has worked with organisations including RATI Foundation, Disha Foundation, HomeNet South Asia, the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, TISS, and Aajeevika Bureau. Her research focuses on online safety, the digital divide, livelihoods, women’s issues, migration, informal sector labour, and youth employment. She has written for Migrantscape, National Herald, Junputh, and The Citizen, and has also served as a guest faculty at TISS, teaching courses on Sociology of Work, Women and Work, Trade Union Management, and Qualitative Research Methods.

Mithilesh Priyadarshy is a media scholar and writer with a Ph.D. in Media Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. He taught Media and Cinema at Bilaspur Central University from 2010 to 2012. His short story collection "Lohe Ka Baksa Aur Bandook" was published by Lokbharti Prakashan in 2022. He also works in story and screenplay writing.
